The Broken Hearts Club

The Broken Hearts Club is a supper club where I explore heartbreak through the art of food. This unique five-course menu was inspired by different men who broke my heart, transforming painful memories into unforgettable dining experiences. Born from my passion for creating dishes rooted in personal memories and emotions, this dinner series naturally took shape. As someone who loves deeply and believes in the power of love, it felt only right to channel those experiences into my culinary craft. My goal was not only to showcase exceptional ingredients and techniques but also to connect them with my personal journey. Each course is a celebration of turning sadness into joy, shared with those who appreciate the beauty in love and loss.

Tropicalia

Tropicalia was born out of my love for the 1970s—a decade that inspires me with its vibrant art, music, and fashion—and also holds a special place in my heart as the era my mother grew up in. Her influence is woven throughout this dinner, from the dishes inspired by the meals she cooked for me as a child to the flavors that capture her essence. Creating food around a theme is something that brings me immense joy and feels incredibly natural. It often happens when I’m fully immersed in the moment or imagining that time and place vividly.
